This involves us, amongst other things, processing and storing information (including, without limitation, sensitive personal data) and passing information about vacancies will be passed to candidates and may be posted directly onto the website. We may collect and aggregate data from the information supplied by you to help us to understand our users as a group so that we can provide you with a better service. We may also share aggregate information with selected third parties, without disclosing individual names or identifying information. You consent to us using information provided by you (including, without limitation, sensitive personal data) in each of these ways.

On registration and application your details and CV are sent only to Preceptor Recruitment, and will be individually viewed for suitability by the relevant consultant.  We will process any data which you provide in completing the online registration or application forms and any further forms, assessments or personal details which you complete or provide to us when using this site in accordance with UK data protection legislation.

Your details will not be put forward to any job vacancy until you have been thoroughly interviewed and briefed in person, or (in exceptional cases only) by telephone, by a consultant of Preceptor Recruitment deemed qualified to make assessment of your suitability for one or any vacancy being administered by Preceptor Recruitment.  We will only submit candidates who, in our judgement are the best qualified for a given job brief.

When attaching your personal information on the sire, you are registering with Preceptor Recruitment for you job search. We will not put any candidate forward to a vacancy without their express knowledge, unless by prior arrangement (eg if a candidate is away and has previously expressed a wish to be put forward to a particular company should a vacancy arise and a decision has to be made quickly). Candidate and consultant will discuss this at interview stage.

We will treat all applicants with respect and dignity and acknowledge applications as a matter of course.

TERMS OF BUSINESS

Each employment assignment or placement arising as a result of an introduction made by Preceptor Recruitment will be subject to our standard Terms of Business as they are applicable in the circumstances. All prospective employers and clients for whom we arrange assignments or placements will be provided with a copy of the Terms of Business applicable to them at or following registration.

The rights in material on this site are protected by international copyright, software and trademark laws and you agree to use this site in a way which does not infringe these rights. You may copy material on this site for your own private or domestic purposes, but no copying for any commercial or business use is permitted.
